Hiring Immediately, Corporate Assistant. Full Time with Benefits
Driver’s Village is looking for an Assistant to join our Corporate Team. This important position will serve several key functions, including Receptionist/Greeter in our Corporate Office, and assisting with several duties where customer and employee engagement are critical - Customer Relations, Marketing and Event duties.
Candidates must possess an excellent team-oriented attitude with attention to detail. Experience with customer service, marketing, and media are highly desired. Candidates need to have schedule flexibility for occasional special events, but Monday to Friday 8 to 5 is the expected work week. Applicants need to have worked previously with customer relations software and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Our company continues to grow and we’re looking for the right person to grow with us in a fast-paced environment.

- Customer relations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and enhancing our reputation
- Marketing duties as needed, including coordination of efforts (email and direct mail advertising)
- Engage with Driver's Village team to fulfill needs (collateral, uniforms) and communicate special events
- Assist with on and off-site events for our Dealerships, including coordinating between Sales and Service
- Clerical duties as assigned by Management
